Classes are offered on a 1:1 or small group/family basis.  Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Summer Body Flexibility Classes : Try something different with a mix of Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates. Why not take some time out for yourself on your holiday to unwind and relax?

  • These classes are choreographed to music and designed to improve your overall flexibility, core strength and balance. The session closes with overall relaxation and meditation to reset your body and mind for the day.
  • You will be shown what to do, with different options – so you only do what feels right for you – and you can enjoy the class!

  • It’s designed for all ages and caters for all levels of fitness – so you get the best out of the class, whether you’re new to exercise or super fit!

Boot camp or Tailor-Made Class/Run.

  • Burn fat, tone up, get fit and have fun with tyres, logs and ropes.
